1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Tournex, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Tournament Participation
By registering for tournaments, you agree to abide by the specific rules set by tournament organizers. Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification and account suspension.
4. Payments & Refunds
Paid tournament entry fees are non-refundable once tournament check-in begins. Prize distributions are processed after tournament completion and verification.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tournex is not liable for any disputes between players, network issues affecting gameplay, or actions of tournament organizers. We provide the platform "as is".

2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to: operate the platform, process payments, send notifications, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled securely through Paystack.
4. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your dashboard settings. Contact us for data export requests.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and optional analytics cookies to understand platform usage.
1. Fair Play
Cheating, hacking, exploiting game bugs, or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent ban.
2. Match Results
Both players must submit match results. If results don't match, organizers will review available evidence (screenshots, recordings) to determine the winner.
3. Check-in
Players must check in during the designated window before tournament start. Failure to check in forfeits your registration spot.
4. Communication
Players must maintain respectful communication. Harassment, hate speech, and toxicity will result in disqualification and account suspension.
5. Disputes
Tournament organizers have final say in disputes. Platform staff may intervene in cases of organizer misconduct.
