2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our guidelines.

3. Platform Services

Tourvex provides bracket management, community tools, and digital goods. We do not facilitate gambling, betting, or real-money wagering. Any attempt to use our platform for illegal betting will result in an immediate lifetime ban.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments made on the Tourvex store for subscriptions or digital assets are processed securely. Prices are clearly displayed at the point of purchase. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the specified amount.

5. User Conduct

Users must behave respectfully. Harassment, cheating, match-fixing, and toxic behaviour are strictly prohibited. Organisers have the right to disqualify players who violate these rules.

6. Liability

Tourvex acts solely as a software provider. We are not liable for the actions of individual tournament organisers, nor are we responsible for fulfilling prize pools unless the tournament is explicitly hosted and funded directly by Tourvex.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
