Frequently Asked Questions
Browse available tournaments, click on one you're interested in, and
click the "Register Now" button. Make sure you have a verified account
and meet any entry requirements.
For paid tournaments, entry fees are collected securely via Paystack.
Prize pools are automatically distributed to winners after tournament
completion. Organizers receive their cut minus the platform fee.
Free tournament registrations can be cancelled at any time. Paid
registrations are non-refundable to ensure tournament integrity.
Please only register when you're confident you can participate.
When submitting your match result, if you and your opponent report
different winners, the match will be flagged for organizer review.
Provide screenshots through Discord for proof.
Add your Nigerian bank account in your dashboard under "Wallet &
Payments". Once verified, you can request withdrawals which are
processed within 24-48 hours.
