How to Register for a Tournament on Tourvex

On Tourvex Esports Hub we plan to host as many tournaments as possible. Whether as the platform or via a user who wants to have their own tournaments on the site, we're ready to make that happen. Like most esports, you just don't enrol in a tournament and just leave it.

There are things to do and that also applies to Tourvex. If you're a new user and you guides on how to register for a tournament, set your game-ids and prepare yourself for a trip to win rewards from doing what you do best.

In this guide, we've made all the detailed steps needed for anyone to register for a tournament. If you're an organizer who wants to host a tournament, this guide explains the whole process. You can as well manage your hosted tournaments without any hassles.

Overview Of Tourvex Esports Hub

Tourvex Esports Hub is a digital esports platform that is dedicated to hosting, managing, and competing in professional gaming tournaments. We built this platform for both amateur gamers and professionals. As a gamer ourselves, we understand the restrictions and limitations we face in Nigeria when it comes to participating in online eSports.

Tourvex Esports Hub is built to cover tournament hosting on most popular games. From mobile titles like CODM, PUBGM, Free Fire to high-end AA titles on PC and modern gaming consoles. What makes us different is that we take away those global limitations. Now regular gamers can organize tournaments between themselves and use our platform to automate and manage things.

Steps to Register For a Tournament on Tourvex

We build this platform to be simple and easy to use. Therefore, registering for a tournament won't stress you even if you're not a tech-savvy person.

Step 1: Create an Account and Log In

If you are new to the platform, the first thing you need to do is create an account. Sign Up for free using Google, Discord or your Email and Password. Once done, check your Email (Spam Box) to click on verification link. Note: Account verification is needed if you registered using Email and Password.

Step 2: Set Up Your In-Game Username

To ensure competitive integrity, Tourvex requires all players to register their exact In-Game Username before joining a tournament.

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  2. Locate the Game IDs section from the Sidebar.
  3. Click on Add Game Username and select the game you intend to compete in (e.g., Call of Duty: Mobile, PUBG, Free Fire).
  4. Enter your exact In-Game Username exactly as it appears in the game.

Note: If you attempt to join a Battle Royale or FPS tournament without a matching Game Username, the system will block your registration. For team tournaments, every single member of your squad must have their Game ID set up, or the team registration will fail.

Step 3: Browse and Select a Tournament

Once you're done setting up your account and game username, it's time to join a tournament. Go to the Tournaments page to browse upcoming events. You can filter tournaments by game, format (Solo, Duo, Squad), or entry type (Free or Paid). Once you find a tournament that suits your schedule and team size, click on it to view the full details, prize pool, and rules.

Step 4: Register as a Solo Player or a Team

On the tournament details page, click the Register button.

  • For Solo Tournaments: The system will automatically verify your Game Username for that specific game. If everything matches up, your registration will be confirmed.
  • For Team Tournaments: You will be prompted to select a team you own from a dropdown menu. The system will verify that your team has enough active members for the required format (e.g., 4 members for a Squad tournament) and that every member has their Game Username registered.

Step 5: Complete Check-In

Some of our tournaments require a mandatory Check-in just 30 minutes before the start time. This is to ensure you're online and ready to play. An email reminder will be sent to registered players and also via the in-app notifications in user dashboard.  Keep an eye on the tournament page countdown. Once the Check-In window opens, simply click the Check In button. Failure to do so may result in your spot being given to a waitlisted player.

Step 6: Compete and Use the Player Reporting System

Once the tournament begins, you will be assigned to a match or a Battle Royale lobby. Tourvex is committed to fair play, which is why we have integrated a comprehensive Player Reporting System:

  • If you encounter a player who is cheating, using exploits, or breaking tournament rules, go to the Participants tab on the tournament page.
  • Click the Red Flag Icon next to the suspected player's name.
  • Select the reason for your report (e.g., Cheating, Toxicity, Smurfing) and provide a detailed description.
  • Upload Evidence: You can upload a video or screenshot (up to 500KB) directly to the platform.
  • Organizers will review your evidence in real-time through their dedicated dashboard and take immediate action, ensuring a clean and competitive environment.

Final Words

Once the tournament has been completed, all results should be uploaded on the tournament page and we will review them accordingly. Winners will be accessed and notified via email of their victory. By following these steps, you are ready to drop in, compete fairly, and climb the ranks on Tourvex Esports Hub. Good luck, and have fun!
